Pavilion Rental Includes:

Inside of the Building​

  • 28 metal folding chairs

  • 29 cushioned chairs

  • 15 plastic pool chairs (when pool is closed)

  • 8 round plastic tables

  • 5 rectangle plastic tables

  • 1 square wooden table

  • Kitchen with: refrigerator, microwave, metal kitchen table, double sink and trash can

  • 2 bathrooms with: 2 small trash cans in each, single toilet and sink in each)

Outside of the Building (Shared with all residents until park curfew of 10pm)

  • 6 wooden picnic tables

  • 4 wooden square tables

  • 6 metal folding chairs

Pavilion Rental Rules
 

*Do not tack or tape decorations on the walls or beams - it will damage the walls

*If occupying the building past 10pm, all guests must stay in the building as the parks have a 10pm - 6am curfew

 

Close-out Task List:

 

  1. Wipe down kitchen countertops

  2. Put all chairs & tables back into the storage room where they were found. The table & chairs that were already out can stay out

  3. Sweep & mop the main room, kitchen & bathrooms

  4. Bag up all trash cans (bathrooms & kitchen) and dispose into big cans out in front of the Pavilion

  5. Ensure everything that you brought in is packed up and taken out

  6. All tasks must be completed before rental time slot ends to avoid potential cleaning fees
