Arrowhead Lakes POA Pavilion Rules

🏕️ Welcome!
To ensure all residents and guests enjoy our beautiful lakeside pavilion, please follow these community guidelines:

Reservations & Deposits

1. Parks & Pavilion Hours: Outdoor Common Areas 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM *private event times based on reservation

2. Reservations Required: All private events must be scheduled in advance through the POA.

3. Security Deposit: A refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve the pavilion. It will be returned after inspection, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.

4. Resident Use Only: Only Arrowhead Lakes POA residents may reserve the pavilion. The reserving resident must be present during the event.

5. Capacity Limit: Please do not exceed posted occupancy limits.

 

Clean-Up & Maintenance

1. Leave It Better Than You Found It: All trash must be placed in bags and thrown in the provided bins. Wipe down tables, counters, and sinks.

2. Decorations: Do not use nails, staples, or tape (command strips ok)

3. Restrooms: Keep clean. Report issues to the Rental Manager.

 

Kitchenette Use

1. Appliances: 48” sink and counter space available for food prep or staging. No cooking indoors.

2. Supplies: Bring your own cookware, utensils, and cleaning supplies

3. Sink Use: Do not pour grease, food, or chemicals down the drain.

 

Safety & Conduct

1. No Glass Containers allowed anywhere on site.

2. No Smoking or Vaping inside or near the pavilion.

3. No Alcohol unless approved in writing by the POA.

4. No Fireworks or Open Flames (grills allowed outside only in the park).

5. Noise Level: Keep music and noise reasonable. No loud music after 10:30PM per MOCO noise ordinance.

6. Anyone under 18 years of age Must Be Supervised at all times.

7. Pets Must Be Leashed and cleaned up after. No animals allowed inside the pavilion, the exception being service animals.

 

Liability & Enforcement

1. Damages: The reserving resident is responsible for any damage to property or equipment.

2. Inspection: The pavilion will be inspected before and after each rental.

3. Non-Compliance: May result in loss of deposit, fines, or future use restrictions.
