Pavilion Rental Rules
*Do not tack or tape decorations on the walls or beams - it will damage the walls
*If occupying the building past 10pm, all guests must stay in the building as the parks have a 10pm - 6am curfew
Close-out Task List:

Wipe down kitchen countertops
-
Put all chairs & tables back into the storage room where they were found. The table & chairs that were already out can stay out
-
Sweep & mop the main room, kitchen & bathrooms
-
Bag up all trash cans (bathrooms & kitchen) and dispose into big cans out in front of the Pavilion
-
Ensure everything that you brought in is packed up and taken out
-
All tasks must be completed before rental time slot ends to avoid potential cleaning fees

Please report any issues to the Board as soon as possible
